Dr. Adam Fuller

Originally from Irvine, CA, Adam moved to Santa Barbara, CA to attend the University of California at Santa Barbara where he graduated in 2000 with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Health & Exercise Science and History. Adam was a certified fitness trainer and held the distinguished CSCS certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association from 1999 till 2018. Adam was the Personal Training Director for 6 years at Goleta Valley Athletic Club in Goleta, CA where he created several fitness training programs and group fitness classes. Adam trained a variety of clients ranging from novice exercisers to post-rehabilitation patients and professional athletes. In 2006, Adam moved to San Diego, CA to continue personal training and attend graduate school for acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) where he received his Masters of Science. In 2015, Adam was a part of PCOM’s 1st cohort to finish their doctorate studies in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Currently, Adam’s research and treatments focus on acupuncture, herbs, foundation training, postural alignment, kinesio taping, essential oils, and nutrition as methods for pain management, athletic performance enhancement, stress reduction, weight loss, and functional medicine. Adam is also a therapeutic lifestyle adviser at the Wittgrove Bariatric Center at Scripps Hospital in La Jolla, CA. In his own time, Adam spends as much time as possible outdoors mountain biking, snowboarding, and surfing. He enjoys all kinds of music, cooking, and engaging in numerous activities with his wife, his son Weston, and dog Nahla. Adam’s interests, training, and research have significantly influenced his unique treatment style that relieves, challenges, educates, and inspires his patients’ lifestyles.
Caitlin Fuller

Caitlin Fuller is committed to teaching her clients to understand their bodies and cultivate habits that allow each person to vibrantly thrive. Caitlin honors the body’s innate wisdom and its ability to heal when given the right environment, nutrients, and love. As a functional medicine practitioner, she specializes in autoimmune diseases, woman’s health, gut health, pediatrics, and preventive medicine. Caitlin focuses on discovering the root cause of your imbalances so that you can truly begin your healing journey and create optimal health. Caitlin has been in the holistic health field for over 25 years. She is a skilled massage therapist focusing on musculoskeletal pain and restorative massage; she has been practicing since 2000. She is also well versed in essential oils, herbal medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Starting with her most recent achievements; she was trained in Functional Medicine through the Kresser Institute’s ADAPT program, she earned a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2010 and has an undergraduate degree in biology from The Evergreen State College where she studied holistic medicine and ethnobotany. In 2002, Caitlin co-founded Santa Barbara Bodyworks Massage School where she taught various massage techniques.
