Meet the Team FAQs
Can I work with more than one Thrive Wellness practitioner?
Yes — and for many patients, working with two or more Thrive Wellness practitioners produces significantly better outcomes than any single service alone. Our most common collaborative combinations include Dr. Adam Fuller’s acupuncture with Caitlin Fuller’s functional medicine, and Mandy Pfaff’s EMDR therapy alongside acupuncture for patients with both physiological and psychological contributors to their condition. Our practitioners communicate and coordinate to ensure your care plan is cohesive. Visit our Pricing & Packages page for Integrative Care Packages that bundle services at a discounted rate.
How do I know which practitioner is right for me?
The quickest path to the right answer is a conversation with our team. Call (619) 984-4317 and describe your primary health concerns — our front desk will connect you with the practitioner whose expertise is most aligned with your needs, and can schedule a complimentary functional medicine telehealth consultation if that’s the appropriate starting point. You can also visit our Initial Consultation page for guidance on who to see for specific health concerns.
Are all Thrive Wellness practitioners licensed and credentialed?
Yes — all practitioners at Thrive Wellness hold active professional licenses and advanced credentials in their respective disciplines. Dr. Adam Fuller holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM). Caitlin Fuller holds a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MSTOM) and is a licensed massage therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP). Mandy Pfaff is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). All maintain active continuing education requirements for their respective licenses.
Does Thrive Wellness accept new patients?

A free initial telehealth consultation is available for patients interested in functional medicine. Visit our New Patients page for information on what to bring and what to expect at your first visit.
